This group meets every Monday afternoon at East Grinstead Sports Club. Payment of £5 per session is made at Reception. Participants should wear trainers, shorts/tracksuit bottoms and tops. Games may be played indoors or outdoors on Astro Turf. This is a non-contact sport and suitable for those over the age of 65.
